Each evening, your clients checks are imaged, batched and sent from the clients location to Check Assist where they are processing through the appropriate settlement channel. (Check21 items are processed through image exchange while qualifying ACH items are sent to the ACH operator.)  Funds are then transferred to your clients account, which can be at your bank or anywhere else. 

Your clients are notified of any returned items via web reporting as well as through a software import function.  Seamless automatic  representment of failed items is also available.

Check Assist can bill you, allowing you to maintain your existing bank-client billing relationship and bill your client directly.  Or, we can bill your client on your behalf and credit commissions back to you. 

Option 2

Banks that wish to process their own Check21 and ACH items can still use our eSoftPayment software but will need to purchase additional software designed to receive the incoming files from the remote locations.  Currently Check Assist offers this additional software through one of our software partners. 

Option 3

One last option is license our eSoftPayment remote deposit software and have it send the files to a Check Assist affiliate that will create your cash letters and settle on your behalf.  In this solution, our affiliate will forward a file to you to update your own reporting systems.  This option will require an additional software investment and click through pricing will apply.
